Last week I met with the User Experience Specialist at LikeDigital - digital agency, when joining my client Hardy Amies - Savile Row Tailoring specialists, for a meeting focusing on the customer personas, UX, strategy and conversions for their website (my favourite design elements!)
What an interesting and dynamic meeting it was analysing how appearingly small changes had increased user scrolling on the homepage by an extra 50% in just a matter of days.
