The first stage of UX is purely research based to understand the strategy and scope of the project, both in terms of business, market and user goals. A pivotal part of the UX process in the discovery stage I bring together various departments within an organisation to understand the complete picture of the user/customer from each touch point within the business. Following this, I perform a number of qualitative and quantitative research techniques tailored to your business needs.

Analysis of the variety of data from the discovery stage is then peformed to formally identify key trends, insights and pain-points. This stage ensures the 'why' is understood, highlights user needs, provides context for decisions and ensure assumptions and bias are not being made.

A collaborative and iterative process of design. Having identified the user, business and market needs this stage is where the fun creative magic happens! Building on the user feedback loop established in the previous stages, the design phase puts low/mid fidelity interactive wireframes and semi-functioning prototypes in front of the stakeholders and users to get feedback, refine and repeat.
Concluding from this, the high-fidelity design is created incorporating including all branding, content and digital assets to be validated by stakeholders.
